Here I go!
Time to go.
This is where I’ll wait for the taxi to the airport:

I leave first thing in the morning. Specifically 4:30 in the morning. In fact, by the time most of you read this I’ll either be flying over the frozen north pole, or sitting on my guitar case in Hong Kong wondering why the Singapore flight I’m supposed to be on doesn’t seem to exist. Or I maybe I’ll be lucky enough to be in the process of having some sky-waitress kissing my business class ass with campaign and chocolate covered sleeping pills. Who knows, I may not want to leave the plane. (Why wasn’t I a rock star?)
Can anyone even begin to guess what exotic wonders await me in the east. Will I be greeted at the airport by someone who knows who I am and where I should be going at 23:00? Or, what if I’m not greeted at the airport by someone who knows who I am and where I should be going, at 23:00. Whatever happens, lucky you! …because that’s the kind of stuff that makes great blog fodder.
