Here's one I thought of in the car:

Here's a good Haiku:
Yesterday, all my troubles
seemed so far away.

The big guy here,

Well, Christmas is over and, like they say in fish: "...Got what I wanted! " In this case it wasn't sevens but a Game Boy Micro. I also got some other stuff but, hey, you know, Game Boy!

Lilli got a RAT.

Later MR. Hand drove us downstate.

Jen still hasn't been able to accept Mr. Hand's driving skills.

But, once we got downstate she got what she wanted; to get there.
Phoebe and little Miss hand looked on in mustard stained confusion.

Once down state, stuff happened, things were said and food was consumed.

Family Christmases;
the house, like a cargo hold,
all packed in like rats

We had a moment of respectful reflection for the film "Brokeback Mountain" while my laptop sat, silent, in the foreground.
Later, everyone went home.
... and to all a good night.

Ho3

Ho, Ho, Ho everyone.
I don't know about you all, but I'm in the mood for some holiday haikus.

The plate that was full
yesterday, is now empty.
Here’s what it looked like.

Jen smiles form work.
All the other employees
are pitching a bitch.

Rob is ramping up.
Annual tradition time;
Making martinis.

Stating the obvious;

We are, none of us,
in Singapore as of yet
…to put it simply.

I’ll be there in about two weeks and Jen and the girls follow a couple months later, after I’ve had a chance to locate all of the sushi bars. (wouldn’t want Jen just blundering into a new city without the points of interest first laid out.

I’m sure I’ll be putting pictures up. I’ll also post the i-photo site where you can down load pictures if you want them.

Here is a rough mock-up of the traverse City Oscar night party flyer cover:

Who’s with me on this one?

What about Rob?

Hi! I’m Rob. I share this blog with Jen. She’s my wife and she said it’d be OK.

Quickly, here's me and what I do; for those who don't know me. And for those who do know me consider this a refresher. I'm tall shy, talk through my nose and am really interested in what people tell me despite the tone in my voice when I say things like, "I'm REALLY interested in what you say".

I do like haikus.
None of the words have to rhyme.
And that’s fine with me!

I’m very plain and sometimes rude when I talk and even ruder when I type. If you’re the kind of person who is offended by this kind of stuff you might want to skip over this blog and go to directly to: gostickyerheadinaduck.com It’s nice there. You’ll like it.

I’m argumentative and have been known to blow my top every now and then, but I’ve never, ever hit anyone. I’m proud of that but, hey the day ain’t over yet. So don’t push it.

I’m an animator. I have done just about every job in animation there is. I’d break it down for you but, really, who cares.

Currently I’m working on a show for Cartoon Network Studios called, “Squirrel Boy”. It was designed by Everet Peck and has most of the original crew from “Duckman” working on it. So far, so funny.

I’m also working on an original story of my own involving,
Crunchy:

Emma:

Emma’s brother, Neville:

A Shitbird:

And a crazy bird lady:

The short (currently a long) is mostly about the relationship of Crunchy and Emma.

Again, I’d tell you all more but that would involve me making some sort of effort.
With that in mind...
That’s about all of me. Now you know me.
